The magic happens inside...
...One of the phrases that have been used to describe the O'Crumbs restaurant and
deli.
The restaurant has undergone a small transition in 2010, which includes:
- small round tables that seat up to 4 people
- finer wine glasses
- veggies with meals instead of being ordered as side dishes
- some exciting new additions to the menu
- special lunch menu that includes Ciabattas, Focaccias and Omelettes (all gluten-free
of course!)
Outside catering is our pleasure.
Your hosts, Allan and Val Stricke are from
Cape Town and have been chefs since 1973 and have won diners club awards for the
last fifteen years. They specialise in wheat-free, gluten-free, lactose-free,
sugar-free bread, muffins, pasta, etc.

Flat sponge cakes that can be frozen.
Defrost and fill with cream and berries or make a layered cake.
Wet Muffin premixes
Just pipe your own and bake.Make two or more, close bag and use again
Wet Bread premixes
Frozen, ready made. Take out freezer night before. Pour into bread tin. Prove for 1/2 hour and bake at 180oC for 1 hour. Fresh, hot bread straight from your oven.
