Your hosts, Allan and Val Stricke are from
Cape Town and have been chefs since 1973 and have won diners club awards for the
last fifteen years. They specialise in wheat-free, gluten-free, lactose-free,
sugar-free bread, muffins, pasta, etc.

NEW BAKERY HOURS
Due to customer needs we will be baking on a Sunday now and
closing on a Monday.
Bakery will be baking daily except for Monday. Please remember
fresh goods due to timing for gluten free only start coming out of the oven from
about 10am.
Fresh bread sliced late afternoon when set and put out early next
day. Please place orders early the day before to collect the next day if you
need the bread sliced.
