Outside catering is our pleasure.

Your hosts, Allan and Val Stricke are from Cape Town and have been chefs since 1973 and have won diners club awards for the last fifteen years. They specialise in wheat-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free bread, muffins, pasta, etc.

I want to thank-you from the bottom of my heart for making Jason’s birthday party so special especially when we all ate the cake and I told no-one it was gluten free, the one mom asked what’s in this cake that Jason can eat? I replied everything its Gluten free sugar free etc they all loved it especially the chocolate Belgium mousse the one mom asked for your details as she is also wheat intolerant but most of all Jason thanked us so much for a delicious cake. He said next time we must get a rectangular cake.

Ginger Cake

Stunning Ginger Cake premix. Cinnamon also available.

Flat Sponges

Flat sponge cakes that can be frozen.
Defrost and fill with cream and berries or make a layered cake.

Wet Muffin premixes

Just pipe your own and bake.Make two or more, close bag and use again

Wet Bread premixes

Frozen, ready made. Take out freezer night before. Pour into bread tin. Prove for 1/2 hour and bake at 180oC for 1 hour. Fresh, hot bread straight from your oven.

Wet Biscuit premixes

just roll out or mix and pipe
